New Hope City Council Honors Andy Hoffe, Declares Seat Vacancy:

The city of New Hope honored longtime City Council Member Andy Hoffe on Monday with a moment of silence. Hoffe passed away on May 30. He was 89 years old. Hoffe was first elected to the council in 2004 and re-elected thereafter, including in 2024. Hoffe served a total of 20 years.
