The Joint Community Police Partnership (JCPP) is a collaboration between Hennepin County and participating cities, including New Hope, that works to strengthen relationships, communication and understanding between law enforcement and multicultural communities.
Through community outreach, education and opportunities for open dialogue, JCPP helps residents better understand police practices while helping officers learn about the diverse cultures and experiences of the people they serve.
