Several additional projects are planned for 2024, however projects are sometimes delayed due to timing, pricing or other unforeseen circumstances.

Currently identified for 2024:

• Golf Course:
  • Update clubhouse fireplace
  • Update clubhouse interior
• Ice Arena:
  • Complete upgrades to the concessions stand (counters, cupboards)
  • Replace carpet in meeting rooms
  • Update ceiling tile, flooring and paint in room previously used as the weight room
  • Add drinking fountain in the south rink
  • Add gutters near front and back entrances
  • Replace additional HVAC components
  • Replace Zamboni room garage doors
• Parks:
  • Update engineered wood fiber where necessary for playground containers
  • Continue to make improvements to existing drinking fountains, picnic tables, and benches
  • Continue with emerald ash borer tree removal and tree replacements
