New Hope’s 2024 RAVE! Award winners were announced and recognized by the New Hope City Council at its Oct. 14 meeting.

The RAVE! Residential Property Recognition Program was created in 2006 by the City to acknowledge exceptional property maintenance and improvements by New Hope residents. The program allows the New Hope City Council to formally recognize and thank residents for outstanding property maintenance and improvements, while also showcasing methods homeowners can use to enhance and improve their properties.
Nominations for the RAVE! Awards were accepted until July 26, with seven properties being nominated. A volunteer panel of three judges, comprised of current and past commission members, visited the properties and selected the winners.
Winners of the RAVE! Awards receive an engraved stone commemorating their achievements, and their accomplishments are featured on the City’s website and in City publications.
