Complete the City Services Survey by Oct. 1
The City of New Hope invites residents to participate in the City Services Survey, now open through Oct. 1. The survey allows the City to collect feedback about a variety of municipal services including:
- Public safety
- Utilities and infrastructure
- Parks and recreation
- City communication
- Code enforcement
Conducted annually, this survey is part of New Hope's participation in Minnesota's Performance Measurement Program, which was launched in 2011. Developed by the Minnesota Legislature's Council on Local Results and Innovation, this program tracks a standardized set of ten performance measures. It helps cities like New Hope evaluate service effectiveness and gain a better understanding of resident satisfaction with local government performance.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Residents can complete the survey online at newhopemn.gov/survey. A paper copy of the survey was included with the July utility bills. Those who would like a paper copy and did not receive one may either pick one up at New Hope City Hall during regular business hours or request a copy be mailed to them by calling (763) 531-5103.
