Summer is here, and door-to-door solicitors are making their way through New Hope’s neighborhoods. Solicitors are required to register with the City of New Hope and must always carry the approved registration with them while soliciting.
Registration applications are completed in person at New Hope City Hall, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Valid, government issued photo identification is required for each application.
Soliciting hours are between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. If a solicitor visits your home outside of these hours, does not have a registration, or ignores “no solicitation” signs on your property, you may call the New Hope Police Department at 763-531-5170 or the City at 763-531-5100 to report it.
