The City of New Hope is proud to announce the recipients of the 2025 RAVE! Awards, an annual recognition program that honors residents who demonstrate exceptional pride in their homes through outstanding property maintenance and improvements.
Since 2006, the RAVE! Awards have celebrated the efforts of residential property owners who enhance the appearance and livability of New Hope neighborhoods. The program encourages community pride, showcases best practices in home maintenance and landscaping and inspires others to follow suit.
A total of 10 properties were nominated this year. A panel of volunteer judges including Carrie Neuburger and Bill Wills of the Citizen Advisory Commission, along with community member Rick Riley, reviewed each nomination and toured the participating properties in July.
The 2025 RAVE! Award winners were officially announced and recognized at the New Hope City Council meeting on Monday, Aug. 25. Each recipient was presented with an engraved stone commemorating their achievement.
