The New Hope Police Department is holding its first Fearless Females event on Thursday, April 2, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the New Hope Police Department, 4401 Xylon Ave N.
Fearless Females is a free, one-day program for young women ages 14 to 18 who want to learn about careers in law enforcement and public safety. Participants will get hands-on experience and meet female first responders from law enforcement, SWAT, K-9, fire and EMS.
Only 25 spots are available. Each participant will receive a T-shirt, swag bag and lunch. Sign up by Friday, March 6 at
newhopemn.gov/fearlessfemales.
